Job Title - Business Development Manager

Location – Midlands but with travel across the UK

Salary - Up to £25k Basic / £40k+ OTE (Car, Car allowance)

Industry - IT Sales, Professional Services

The Role:

You will be responsible for developing new business across the UK selling the Synergist agency management system to the creative industry. Working towards targets of £300k per annum, you will be expected to self generate leads as well as respond to incoming enquiries.

The Candidate:

It would be advantageous if you had previous experience selling software solutions but not essential. You will be a proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong new business focus.

You will also have considerable success in meeting and exceeding targets of over £300k. Ambitious individuals will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration structure and career progression opportunities.

The Package:

On offer is an attractive base salary of up to £25,000 with a commission and bonus structure that will see you earn in excess of £40k in your first year. You will also be provided with a car or car allowance, mobile and laptop. There is fantastic career progression for the right person as the company always looks to hire from within.
